Hope Communities

Strategic Partners

Hope Communities is thankful for strategic community partnerships that not only support us financially, but through volunteerism, collaborative efforts, and ongoing professional assistance, several of which are highlighted below.

FirstBank supports Hope Communities in myriad ways – from assisting on our board, to sponsoring events, to volunteering and contributing to our annual toy-drive.

Project Worthmore partners with Hope Communities to provide English language classes and Citizenship classes, totaling over 700 hours of programming each year.

In August 2017, the Colorado Health Foundation awarded Hope Communities $50,000 to expand case management and resource navigation services to refugee residents.

In an effort to improve the lives of Colorado’s low-income children and their families, Hope Communities is partnering Gary Community Investments, which includes The Piton Foundation. As part of this partnership, Gary Community Investments is providing Hope Communities with $350,000 to increase its capacity to generate economic opportunity for hundreds of families living in Hope’s affordable housing communities.

Thank you to the following foundations, local businesses, and organizations for their dedicated and generous support:
