Hope Communities Current Volunteer Opportunities

If you’re looking to get involved with what we do, Hope Communities always needs volunteers, both for ongoing efforts as well as special events.  Please see below a list of our current opportunities, and submit an interest form if you’re looking to get involved!  We rely heavily on volunteer participation, and it makes a huge difference in the impact we’re able to make!

Food Distribution Helpers

Hope Communities needs volunteers year-round to help with our bi-weekly community food distribution.  You can volunteer on a temporary, one-off, or ongoing basis.

Birthday Bags

Hope Communities collects and distributes Birthday Bags, which come complete with the necessities for a small birthday celebration.  You can build as many Birthday Bags as you’d like, and this can be done individually or in groups.

Senior Bags

Hope Communities often hands out gift bags to our senior residents, who often get overlooked by our other resident-focused programs.  We are in need of ongoing volunteers to prepare and donate Senior Gift Bags. Virtual Welcome Baby Bags

Hope Communities often distributes Welcome Baby Bags to new mothers in need, containing some essentials for a newborn.  We are in need of ongoing volunteers to prepare and donate Welcome Baby Bags.  These bags can be prepared remotely, and can be done individually or in groups!  Click below to find out more about this opportunity.

Meal Kits

Menstruation Kits
