Senior Gift Bags Volunteer Interest

Hope Communities often distributes bags as a treat to senior residents who often get overlooked. We need volunteers year-round to put together some fun activities and treats for seniors. You can build as many Senior Gift Bags as you’d like, and they can be built individually or in groups.

Here are some suggestions for items to include:

• Hardy candy
• Gum
• Tissues
• Magnifier
• Lip balm
• Jar opener (always a hit!)
• Word search/puzzle books
• Lotion
• Toothbrush and toothpaste
• Soap or body wash
• Other hygiene products
• Anything else you can think of!

Senior Gift Bags need to be dropped off to either our office at 2543 California Street or our property at 4919 E Thrill Place in Denver during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm).  If you are unable to drop the bags off, please let us know, and we will work with you!  If you are interested in coordinating drop off of Senior Gift Bags, please fill out the below form, and our Volunteer Coordinator will be in touch!
