Food insecurity grows among most vulnerable

Thank you to Village Exchange Center and Spring Institute for Intercultural Learning for helping us deliver 36 boxes of food to Hope Communities families and neighbors! As you can imagine, the coronavirus lockdown has driven food insecurity among our most vulnerable to new heights. Food banks and other nonprofits throughout Denver are stepping up to fill the void, but these organizations are also in need of volunteers, monetary donations, and supplies (baggies, bags, boxes). Unfortunately, this is just the beginning of what promises to be a long period of uncertainty for many of our fellow Coloradans. Please do what you can to help fight food insecurity in these precarious times.
